Refund policy

A purchase on Mudey Formation is covered by two distinct mechanisms, described in detail in our terms and conditions: the fourteen-day legal right of withdrawal, reserved for consumers, and a thirty-day commercial guarantee that we offer voluntarily.

If you are acting as a consumer, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without reason and without cost, in accordance with articles VI.47 and following of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Courses are digital content supplied immediately. You lose that right only if, before performance, you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged thereby losing your right of withdrawal. Until that twofold agreement has been obtained separately during the order, the fourteen-day period applies in full.

Independently of the right of withdrawal, we refund any course under the following conditions:

• •The request is made within thirty (30) days of purchase.
• •You have not viewed more than 30% of the course content.
• •The refund is issued within fourteen (14) days to the original payment method.
• •Access to the course is closed as soon as the refund is issued.

Write to info@mudey.fr from the email address of your account, stating:

• •the title of the course concerned,
• •the order date or the invoice number,
• •the reason, which is optional under the right of withdrawal.

You may also use the model withdrawal form set out in our terms and conditions, though using it is not mandatory. We acknowledge every request and inform you of the outcome.

The refund is issued at the latest fourteen (14) days after we receive your request, using the same payment method as the order, at no cost to you.

How long it then takes to appear on your bank statement depends on your bank, usually two to ten working days.

• •Purchase made with a promotional code: the refund covers the amount actually paid.
• •Course paid for by a third party or a company: the refund goes to the buyer, who alone holds the contract.
• •Course removed from the catalogue: your access is maintained; if the course becomes unavailable through our fault, the refund is full and not subject to any deadline.
• •Purchase made outside consumer status, in a professional capacity: only the thirty-day commercial guarantee applies.

Repeated requests concerning courses viewed in full, or manifestly abusive behaviour, may lead us to refuse the commercial guarantee and to suspend the account concerned. This limit never applies to the legal right of withdrawal or to the legal guarantee of conformity.

Any complaint may be sent to info@mudey.fr. We acknowledge receipt within five (5) working days and give a reasoned answer within one (1) month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, as a consumer you may refer the matter free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, www.mediationconsommateur.be. Mediation is optional and does not deprive you of the right to go to court.
