Learning should not depend on a mouse, on eyesight, or on a perfect connection. Here is where we stand on accessibility, honestly, and how to report a barrier.

Ordered headings, lists, landmarks and form labels: we structure pages so that a screen reader can move through them.
Interface colours aim for the contrast ratio required at level AA, in both light and dark themes.
No lesson imposes a time limit; you can pause, resume and replay videos as often as you need.
Once you select the player, Space or K plays and pauses the video, the arrow keys skip back or forward 10 seconds, F switches to full screen and M mutes the sound.
Every video plays from 0.75x to 2x. The site is available in French, English and Dutch, and each page declares its language to screen readers.
We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1). Conformance is currently partial: we fix issues release after release, starting with whatever prevents someone from following a course.
Each lesson brings together the video and four tabs: overview, Q&A, notes and resources. Keyboard shortcuts only respond when the player has focus, so typing in your notes does not pause the video. The player's context menu closes with the Escape key, a click elsewhere or when the page scrolls.
In the site header, a button switches between the light and dark themes. A selector changes the display language while keeping you on the current page.

If a page blocks you, write to us through the contact page with the address concerned, your browser and, if you use one, your assistive technology. We acknowledge receipt and keep you posted on the fix.
We treat these reports as priority defects: they concern access to the service itself.
